During his 22 years of genomics experience, Max has been a co-inventor of multiple patent applications related to genetic modifications. He co-founded the first Hadoop-based big data genomic analysis platform – BioDatomics and a genomic pathways software startup – BioSoft RU.
Difeng is an accomplished scientist with 11 years of molecular biology experience, including 6 years of experience with Yarrowia Lipolytica, CRISPR, and simultaneous integration of multiple genes.
Evgeniya is a scientist with 20 years of experience in molecular biology, including 16 years of experience working with YL. Her research areas include optimizing internal energy pathways and fatty acid production improvements.
Andrey is a mechanical and electrical engineer with 20 years experience in development and building customized equipment

Dennis O’Neill has over 30 years of experience as an Investment Banker. He helped start two of the largest regional investment banks in Chicago then went on to Managing Director for Softbank Investments/ E2Capital office in Chicago and raised over 2 billion dollars in capital for early-stage companies to date.
Mr. O’Neill has a significant amount of experience and success in Sales, Marketing, Financial Media, Business Development, and Institutional Capital Raises. He is an expert and thought leader on Venture Capital, Private Equity, Blockchain, and smallcap stocks and has spoken at over 75 conferences around the world.
Eugene Fooksman is a software pioneer, entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist.
He received an MS in Math and held engineering roles in multiple companies, including PTC, LeCroy, SerialTek, and WhatsApp.
Eugene spent 8 years building WhatsApp infrastructure from the small startup to the role of the Director of Messaging Infrastructure at Facebook.
Now Eugene is focused on building his own company, investments, advisory, and philanthropy
